Tony Frick
Tony is an investor and Co-Founder of Keystone Equity Partners and brings an operator's perspective shaped by years of leading and advising growing businesses. He partners closely with founders and management teams to navigate complexity, strengthen organizations, and execute long-term growth strategies across private equity, wellness technology, and luxury property management.
Tony's earlier career included serving as General Counsel and Managing Director at DSG Global, as a technology consultant at Accenture, as a legal clerk in the U.S. House of Representatives, and as a mergers & acquisitions attorney at Dechert.
Tony was a member of Brown's varsity lacrosse team and played professionally in the NLL and MLL. He has served on the boards of MANNA, Settlement Music School, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Philadelphia City Committee, and Harlem Lacrosse. Tony and his wife Alissa have three children, and he can often be found cheering them on at sporting events.
